D	Dragos Pavel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to recommend girgisdentalcare to anyone who wants the best treatment possible, good explanations and feedback, fair prices and decent fast appointments at times that suits the client and not the dental practice. I've been before at 2 dental cabinets in Kanata (last was semi-good and moved from Kanata Town Centre on to 300 March Rd. Towers: good dentist doctors but they had bad client interaction and top prices; since I refused the probing = i.e. measuring the pockets between teeth = for which they were charging me, they put me to sign a form each time I went there in Kanata stating that I am refusing that particular service -> mind you the probing is free at Dr. Girgis...) and I was as well at 1 dental cabinet in Barrhaven close to Costco (just medium quality dental work and again top ranges prices on procedures). That is why I am driving a lot (from Barrhaven) just to go to Dr. Girgis dental practice myself and the kids, even if the practice is not as big and shiny as the other ones, but we had only positive experiences and the dental work is superior I find in comparison with the other dental cabinets I went so far; plus I can say Dr. Girgis's recommendations for kids braces were for a fair and correct doctor that is not interested in prolonging the installation or to do it and then redo it at any cost (they actually called me back in a year for those braces and explained to me very well why).

Always great and professional service with a smile whether it’s getting an appointment with the efficient and charming Debbie , a cleaning by Claire or dental work by Dr Girgis and Lana , everyone makes the patient feel welcome and reassured that all will go well. Came from a dental group that had told me I needed a mouth full of fillings and a root canal done to this one that said they would monitor but would not advise moving forward with any of the work suggested by the previous facility. That was 4 or 5 years ago, no issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dental team in the area.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Debbie, who asks after you and your family as well as sharing the ongoing day to day life with her family. A visit with Ann is professional, relaxed and so humorous you don't even feel the time pass. Lana welcomes you in a cheerful and friendly manner and puts you at ease for the procedure to come. Dr. Girgis himself is very professional, approachable and willing to go the extra mile for his patients, even seeing me on a weekend in the early days of the pandemic. On the whole you can't go wrong with a visit to Girgis Dental Care.

I felt that I was in good caring hand. Dr Girgis listened to my dental issues, request and uneasiness with his open heart and mind. He explained about what was happening in my mouth with drawing as an artist would do and gave me the art work of my teeth and itemized investment required. Each time I am greeted by the lovely receptionist Debbie who is always helpful and nice to talk to. I had a teeth cleaning a couple of weeks ago and my dentist Claire was thorough (as always) and addressed any concerns I had. I needed to come in a couple days later for a last minute check up and I was able to get squeezed in the next day (they offered same day but I was unable to make it). Highly recommend this dental office where all the staff are very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring and gentle.
