★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BBDC takes care.of you from the moment they greet you on the phone to the moment you leave their office smiling. I had a filling fall out this past weekend and wanted it fixed ASAP. They were able to fit me in today (a Monday). This was my first experience with them and I cannot recommend them enough.
The front staff greet you and review the COVID protocols. they were fantastic. Dr. Abdul Jamshaid and Jennifer were professional, explained everything well and efficient! I was in and out in no time.
Just a note, if you're not a regular patient, but have insurance, they send it to your insurance for you, but you pay up front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give a zero star I would. I had an appointment end of March and the technician told me she would get in contact with me about booking a follow up service. However none ever contacted me and when I called and left a voicemail a week ago, none called me. This is unacceptable behaviour for the ridiculous price you have to pay for the subpar service. Honestly don’t go here. They are never on time and if your dentist is not present the day of your appointment forget about hearing back if they have to follow up with you.

Shout out to Whitney, my hygienist, for another relaxed and happy cleaning treatment today!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't believe more could be expected from a dental clinic; Dr. Shaan is fantastic to the point that my kids actually get excited about "going to the dentist"! Staff is always friendly and efficient. We moved far from the clinic recently but are happy to make the trip whenever necessary because of how great things have been for us over the years there.
