Today I am writing to praise a staff member. I've always had trouble with my gums despite my seeming best efforts and usually teeth cleaning is a painful exercise. But today my teeth were cleaned by someone who I think may be new to the clinic. His name is Karthik and he was excellent...professional, friendly and most important, my teeth cleaning was pain free! For that I am truly grateful.

If you have kids or dental anxeity this is your guy! I am NERODIVERGENT and let me tell you this was just a cleaning, but so gentle and explained everything he was going to do out clear and simple. I was soo "relaxed" that I didn't wring my hands until I had a hard time straightening my hands and fingers after. Litterally the first time ever!

The dentists and staff are fantastic and she is always made to feel comfortable and at ease. Her reluctance to visit the dentist has dropped to virtually non-existent now. Thank you!

N	Natalie m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been coming to Blue Heron Dental for many years. I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Fremeth as well as Dr. Price. I have always found the staff to be extremely pleasant to deal with. The office can be very busy at times and it is understandable that staff can become overworked, especially during these uncertain times. There is a young girl at the front by the name of Lisa who is a receptionist I believe. I have never seen such a hard worker before. While I waited for my appointment this individual was managing the front, receiving phone calls, staff were coming up to her with task and she was checking patients in and out as well. When I went in for my appointment she was dealing what seemed to be difficult patient who was being very rude to the point where I was going to step in but she kept her cool and handled the situation. When I came out of my appointment I made a point to let her know she had done a wonderful job. It is rare to find a worker who can multi task and deal with difficult situations and still be able to laugh at the end of it all. The front staff are the first point of contact and having an individual like Lisa at the front makes coming to the office a pleasant experience. The office is very lucky to have an individual like her.
