★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to a bunch of different dental offices across multiple cities and this has been my favourite by far. Very professional, they explain everything and offer advice to improve your overall dental care. I would highly recommend to patients looking for a new dentist. Also, if parking is hard to find you can easily park in the nearby lcbo parking lot and it's only a 4 min walk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Dr Pettigrew for about 12 years. He is the best dentist ever. I have a lot of issues with my teeth, which is common with British people who used to eat too many sweets and brush indifferrently. I have needed quite a few root canals, and fillings. I have implants and a partial denture. Dr Pettigrew deals with it all in an excellent, non judgemental manner. He is very professional, intelligent, and personable. Syndi is a first class hygenist, very gentle on my remaining teeth hahaha.The other office staff are great too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long story short, I’ve been struggling to have my childrens teeth repaired since 2020 due to the fact that the mother refuses to.
I liked this dentist because they accommodated my weekend dents visits with my boys that I rarely get to see, for that I give a second star but it all went down hill from there.
I was left hanging today with zero confirmation that the office would cancel my appointment until I noticed I don’t get a confirmation email the night before the appointment.
I called first thing in the am on Saturday May 14th 2022. I was told that there was no existing appointment for my 6 year old who has been waiting 2 years to have repaired.
No matter what the reason is for this nonsense, I should have been informed.
this is complete negligence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the best dentist in Ottawa. Coming from me it has a lots of weight (I changed 3 different dentists in Ottawa). He is not rushing and not annoying you with ridiculous costly procedures like three other dentists I had in the past. Most of the staff is also very nice. One of the secretaries is excellent (goes above and beyond to help) and another one could have better manners (though nothing serious to get one full star off).

Both Dr. Pettigrew and his assistant made me feel at easy and instilled confidence. Everyone (including the receptionist) was efficient and professional. I highly recommend their services.
