★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a mortgage agent, one of the biggest challenges is finding a private lender that puts the customer experience first - Westboro does this.
From the BDM, to the underwriter, to the specialist to the legal team - these folks do a better job than any other lender that I've dealt with. Private lending doesn't have to be an awful experience for the client or the mortgage agent thanks to Westboro.
I can't say that I ever thought I'd write a positive review for a private lender and certainly never for a big bank! With Westboro, I'm happy to do so and look forward to my next opportunity to work with their very personable and very wonderful team.
