The end result was incredible and really worked with the theme and colours of the day. There was a few small problems with organization of our file along the way, but nothing major and no problems arose. Incredible work, I'd highly recommend!

Nobody responded after a week of waiting for a reply, so I sent another email requesting an answer to my question. A month later and still no response. I understand if they are not willing or able to provide delivery to a certain area, but the company can at least have the decency to answer an email.

M	Monica Chohan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered many, many times from this place and I am usually thrilled. However, I am very disappointed in the customer service from my last order. I received a watermelon peperomia that was nothing like what this plant should be when it is healthy - misshapen leaves with a lot of cracks and broken edges. These are signs of underwatering. At $18 for a 4" plant, I was very unhappy. I emailed the shop to see if there was some way to make it right but received no response for a month. I tried to followup a week or so ago, and still no response. Unfortunately, it has turned me off from any future online orders. Its really too bad. This used to be my favorite place to feed my houseplant addiction.

I called, the woman on the phone was not helpful and insisted it should work and to try harder and try again and again. I work in web design and digital media and am not inept with technology. So I assured her it was not working, and not just an error on my part. She was very dismissive and didn't seem to care about getting the purchase. I called back and asked if I could order by phone. She then would not let me use the promo code because it was for online purchases only. However, the online interface was not working. I like to shop local and support our city's businesses (this shop has such beautiful wreaths so it's a pity!) so things like this are frustrating. I will now be unfortunately buying from CB2.

There's a bigger counter with more separation for the staff but the showroom portion feels bigger despite the switch around. They had a ton of pots in stock and lots of plants to choose from. Staff are always friendly and super helpful.
