Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They followed covid safety measures as well which was reassuring. I would recommend Braceology to my friends and family!

They have a very friendly and approachable demeanor which made it feel less clinical and more like a chat between friends. All of my questions were answered promptly and Kevin's follow up emails were very kind and professional as well. Would definitely reccomend this place! :)

I went to three different orthodontists before I finally found Braceology. This was the ONLY clinic that took pictures, scans, and the time to explain what could be corrected during my consultation. They were also incredibly compassionate. From making a consultation to adding the Invisalign attachment, Dr. Paige and her team made the entire experience welcoming and efficient. They have been fantastic with communicating details to me, such as their COVID-19 procedures (only one patient is allowed in the clinic at a time), reminders for appointments (via text, phone, or email), and even follow-up messages to see how I was doing after I started my treatment. If you don't want to feel like you've time-traveled to the 60s every time you visit your orthodontist, this is the place for you. The Braceology facility is very modern, just like their website and communications. It's been a delightful journey so far, and I'm excited to see my smile once the treatment is done. (I will also be sad when it's over because they're a fun bunch to chat with.)

They would provide sincere advice whenever I asked. This was my first time with an orthodontist so I can't really compare them to other practices, but I have zero regrets that I chose them. I would recommend them if you're unsure about orthodontics because they will lay out the options very clearly for you.
