Despite this, I have never been able to fully manage my own jaw pain. I’m a serial grinder, and every morning I could expect to wake up with pain and the inability to open my mouth. I’d been provided night guards in the past by other dentists, but I would inevitably just wake up after an uncomfortable sleep with more jaw pain. I was frustrated and just accepted the fact that my morning routine would forever comprise of at least 15 minutes of self-treatment. Enter Dr. Ng! When I explained to her the disappointment I had with previous night guards, Dr. Ng walked me through her design and fitting procedure. I agreed to move forward with the process and am so happy I did!!! I have never had a dentist actually “fit” a night guard – they always gave me a wad of heavy plastic and sent me on my way. Dr. Ng thoroughly tested and re-tested the night guard for over an hour, each time assessing the bite and making small modifications to the guard so that it fit me perfectly. I can honestly say that Dr. Ng’s mouth guard the best thing that’s ever happened to my jaw and neck! I don’t even feel the night guard when it’s in, and I no longer wake up with jaw spasms and headaches. I can’t thank Dr. Ng and her team enough for the relief they’ve provided to me!! I can't recommend them enough!!

All the staff, reception, assistant and Dr. Ng are professional. Free parking ... I hit the jackpot with this practice. Not one negative. Keep up the good work, you should be proud.

I want to continually look for ways to improve." I have been working with Dr. Ng for a year and a half now and I can see that she lives by what she said. It shows in how she runs her practice and her meticulous, high quality of care. Dr. Ng constantly educates herself and her team to ensure that her patients receive the best, individualized care. She is great at explaining treatment procedures and making sure that patients understand them. She truly cares about her patients, their comfort and their concerns. The positive feedback and gratitude expressed from the patients make me really proud to be working with Dr. Ng. She's my #1 role model. How many people can say that about their boss? I recommend her to everyone!

Both she and her team provided excellent restorative dental care in a manner that I felt totally safe throughout my visit. They are not only exceptionally competent, but take the time to explain their Covid measures in a calm and reassuring way. Can't recommend her office to current and new patients highly enough.

I learned more about my mouth and teeth in my first and second appointments with her than I ever thought possible. When she fitted me for a mouth guard (which she made herself), she took as much time as she needed to meticulously adjust every detail of it until the fit was absolutely perfect. Her dental exams are always gentle but also remarkably thorough and she will always take the time to explain and answer questions, plus the same also holds true for the work of her wonderful hygienists. If you’re looking for a dental practice with an exceptional level of expertise combined with warmth, patience, excellent listening skills and communication skills from every member of the team from the moment you walk through the door, this is the place for you.
