We had done some financial planning with Ayana earlier in our careers, and more recently connected with her to review and update our retirement plan. As part of the exercise, we brought forward a number of big goals for the next 5 years - looking to see what might be achievable and when, without pushing retirement. Ayana’s process is comprehensive, with ample time for questions, and she is kind, honest and collaborative. Her plan was straight-forward, manageable and provided a number of paths to achieve our goals, including a sabbatical!
