The staff is kind and courteous and always helpful from getting appointments to fit your schedule to helping resolve any concerns with your insurance provider. Dr. Rai is kind and courteous and takes extra care when performing any dental work as required. Our families experience has always been great. If you are looking for a new dentist, we would recommend Island Park Dental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient here for years and everyone who works there is friendly, helpful, and professional. They do a great job of talking through options for treatment, and take their role as health professionals very seriously. In addition, they submit directly to my insurance which is so convenient! During COVID, their procedures are excellent, and I never feel comfortable regarding their rigorous procedures. I've been seeing Michelle, the hygienist, for years and she is always so quick, which is a bonus. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Ottawa temporary, needed an urgent check. Did google dentists in the area and checked a lot of reviews. I chose Island Park Dental. Dr. Saral Rai was very courteous, listened to me patiently while I was explaining my issue. He did a thorough check-up and a nice filling. Doesn't hurt anymore. Thanks for the great artwork :) Will surely come back as long as I am in Ottawa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a patient there since I've been 16.Now I'm 60. The gang there are just great.The ladies at the front desk are so friendly, greeting you with a big smiling hello. I still have most of my teeth with the exception of a few crown and fillings.But I can still chew on a piece of steak.Dr. Rai is a great dentist, very professional but also a great guy. Always like joking around with him beforehand gets down to business. A big thank you to the whole staff.
