If you don't have a clue what you are doing, either don't do it or at least listen and take the advice to the company that has over 50 years experience. In the end, we were blamed for an incorrect slope causing water pooling in the exact location he was told to fix prior to the new floor being installed or this would 100% happen. I guess we should have put the conversation in writing but we tend to trust people when we shouldn't. You gave us 1 star so I am returning it back to you. Thanks Again
