I decided to meet with her, and it was one of the best financial decisions I have ever made. On our first meeting, Hilary did not try to sell me any products, loans, credit cards, or anything of the sort. She spent the majority of the first appointment listening to me, and asking me what my goals are and what is important to me in the short, middle, and long-term. She took the time to understand who I was as a person and as a professional, and would spend time after her work hours to respond to any of my queries, and that made all the difference. Since then, she has helped me organized my business accounts, my personal accounts, my mortgage, my investments, and even helped me connect with professional services that I may need that went beyond her scope. The fact that she takes the time to know who I am, and introduce me to the appropriate specialist when I came to her with a specific issue, it goes to show that she cares about who I am and is invested in my success. This is what immediately separates Hilary from any other advisor, and I have products with 3 major banks, which I am now transferring to CIBC because Hilary has earned my complete trust, and a lifelong customer. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, hard working, and meticulous. You will be doing yourself a disfavor by not meeting her at least once.

She went beyond our request and also inquired about the possibility to save money on our mortgage because the rates had dropped. I visited the Branch to initiate procedures for my mother's estate. 2 months later I have heard nothing from the estate department. Calls and emails are from the branch are not returned. Update: I left a message for the branch manager. He apologized profusely and ensured everything was addressed.

It was my first time coming there but she is like a ray of sunshine making your day brighter. And the gentleman who helped me sign up for a new credit card was very helpful and professional. I wish i lived closer so i could always do my banking here.

He attitude was let's wait for 3 days. After 3 days he was still waiting for some to reply his email on the other end. He wanted me to wait for another 2 days. He doesn't deserve to be working as a manager. He seems like avoiding difficult situations to deal with.

Additionally, we are receiving a cash back that was offered as an incentive and we are very content! The service provided by Quazi Mowra (referred to by Mohammed from Billings Bridge, Ottawa location) was exceptional, positive and very thorough. All of our questions, emails and telephone calls were answered promptly each time and we were humbled by this experience. I highly recommend CIBC for all of your banking needs, including but not limited to mortgage renewals. The customer service is always great and they show they care about their customers. During this extremely stressful time for us, we are so grateful to Quazi and CIBC team for making this transition so pleasant and easy. Quazi was very helpful, patient and efficient. He went above and beyond to ensure we met our deadline. For this, we are thankful!!! We will be sure to recommend CIBC to our friends and family.
