K	Kassandra Lobb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm completely disappointed and frustrated with the service of TD. Although this is not my "home branch" it has become so lately. TD had blocked access to my account without explaining why, and when I asked an employee for help at this branch they pushed me away, and made it seem as though it was my fault because I had sent "to many e transfers". She then sent me home, with no help or guidance, and has made me go without access to my money in my account for over 2 MONTHS. I do not have a phone, as I was unable to pay my bill due to TD blocking my account. All they told me to do was to use their public TD phone in the middle of the lobby to discuss my PERSONAL banking information with loss prevention. On top of that it's covid, and they have absolutely no problem cramming everyone into one little space. I've been spending the last 2 months making calls on friends phones and ending up on the line for HOURS, walking into branches, sending emails, all of which ended up with absolutely no help AT ALL. I plan on switching banks as soon as I can, since it seems to be the only way for me to get access to my money at this time. Make your life easier, avoid this bank at all costs!
L	Linda Xu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST branch ever. Deposited a cheque with this bank. They misread the check amount and deposit 10 times money into my account. I discovered the error 2 minutes after leave the counter and went back to point it out to them right away. The cashier confirmed that they will find a solution and the amount they deposited will not go through the payer's bank account. And they will keep me updated once finding the solution. You what? Two days later, instead of hearing from them, the payer called and told me the the error amount is charged to his account. The staff in this brank did nothing to help to correct the error that they made, and not even notice me after they cannot find a solution. The payer is in shock so as I. This is not an only case. Another time, I used their machine to do a cheque deposit. I entered correct amount but they changed it to 10 times less amount. It caused me two trips to get the differences from the payer. So DONT TRUST THEIR STAFF AND MACHINE ever!!! It will cause you money and time!!!

Despite the fact that I was right behind him, he was let in and I was denied entry. The customer service rep just looked at me and pointed to his watch rudely, saying sorry we’re closed. Never have I been treated so rudely in my life. Is this the way TD treats it’s clients? Especially those that have been around for over 15 years? Never going to this branch again
H	Hassan Ali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Similar to the experience of others including Sarem, AJ did not know what she was doing and she made a number of mistakes on my mortgage that I have been trying to fix with TD customer service for what seems like a year to no avail. The branch manager was incredibly rude when I tried to seek clarity on the mortgage issues. I have to say probably the worst treatment I've ever received from a business, let alone a bank that I have been with for decades. I hope the branch realizes they need to listen to the reviews on here.

J	Jasmine E. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posted hours say they are open until 4 pm. I arrived at 3:35 pm. A lady had her card stuck in the ATM and some staff were telling her the branch was closed. I needed to go in to the branch to get changed for laundry, so I can't use the ATM. Could you please update your hours so they are accurate? It's frustrating to show up supposedly on time to find out the hours are wrong.
