Worst experience ever. The African teller with the curley hair did not do his simple job of explaining the policy and after waiting for half an hour in line he could not have been happier to push us out the door. Would not recommend this branch or the African teller with curly hair who doesn't know how to do his job properly. Ignore this branch.

There isn't as much interpersonal contact as there formerly was. I wish CIBC would not design their banks this way.

As soon as you like your advisor andgetting things done, he/she is gone to another bank. What is wrong with CIBC! Great platform, bad service . People who work there for some time run away from this bank. This message for arbitration . Has no appreciation to workers . Hire people with no experiences .

Absolutely terrible experience with this branch. My estate transfer request has been open for a year. Two out of three people who've been managing my request left the branch. I have to nearly harass them to get an update out of them. My last two emails were ignored. It took them six (!) months to send me e-documents that I requested at the end of September that have been in their possession since the beginning of August. To top it off, their couldn't even spell the names on the documents correctly so now they'll have to re-send their request to the estate department which will probably take another few months. This is the level of service and professionalism of their senior financial advisors. Stay away.

Very sad after getting to know most of the staff through out the years I do not see them anymore. Not many counters open and pushed to use machines and we loose the human connection. I am hoping they are all still working and keeping healthy. We have definitely lost the "personal service".

Their staff are unorganized and have never returned any of my voice mails and every time i made an appointment i got a different person so each time i had to re-explain my business account details. Spent 2 months setting up my accounts and applying to get their products only to find out I wasn't even eligible, they just baited me so I would bank with them.

I had made a phone appointment to discuss saving options in comparison to investing in insurance, my advisor straight up told me she doesn't know about insurance but if I wanted to save, to use my savings account. Super NOT helpful. Most useless bank appointment I've ever made. Questioning why I joined this bank.

Don't go this branch or bank. We have applied and approved for a credit card on 17th March and waited for 15 working days. And didn't get yet called the customer care and got reply that they are going to send another one and it will take 7 working days. They gave an ID to track it is not even working. WORST bank and service. They need 1.5 moths to delivery of credit card.
