They scam you for two weeks refund or exchange and when you go there with good condition jacket and you want to return the jacket, they will tell you NOPE FINAL SALE! Eventhough im under two weeks and its good condition . I literally had to beg for my money back from some rude dumb old Iranian accent crooks. Watch out from an old woman with short hair and short height , and watch out from the manager whos Iranian as well. Terrible women who has nothing to do other than harassing people life

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the caringwood location to get my coat and I had to return the coat due to the coat having a hole, the manager on the phone for this location is very rude and had a never to discriminate me. The manager threatened Me saying I will report you for harassment on my employes, all because I ask if I can't exchange my coat can I have me refund due to having time left to exchange or get my money back.
