★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to upgrade my phone as I was told to come in March to do so by one of their employees. I was there March 1st and both employees at the booth were not helpful at all. I was told I could upgrade just not that day. When i asked when i could. The guy said "i dunno 5months or something from September"
As a paying client as well as in the customer service field. I found this experience terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service experience I received at this location was the best I've ever received and other businesses should take note! I was having issues with a phone I purchased online and instead of waiting the 3-4 weeks for a replacement I decided to go to Carlingwood to see what they can do. I dealt with Caelin who went ABOVE and BEYOND what anyone would be expected to do. She needed to phone Koodo herself to get the proper adjustments made and kept being tossed around from rep to rep but would not take no for an answer. She was determined to have me leave with a working phone and in the end she got it done! I couldn't have been more happy with her service and would highly recommend dealing with her. She's an asset to the team and an example of what customer service should look like. Thank you so much for all your help!

David did a superb job of explaining everything Koodo had to offer in their plans, and helped me pick the right option that met all my wireless needs. 10/10 experience!
