She even offered to charge it and look after it while i roamed the mall. Definition of excellent customer service. Very happy to be a telus customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being the business man I am, I needed to activate my eSIM in my phone.
I went to Telus at Bayshore, almost 4 hours later I found myself with no activated eSIM, and my EDC SIM card not working. $20 just to brake my service. To be fair, the computers where saying everything was good, but the SIMs weren’t.
Concerned, and needing my service working, I found myself going to Telus at Bayshore. The lovely Lady in the back, Tina, asked what I needed help with. After explaining my story, she took on the task like a champ. At first things weren’t looking too good, but she did not prevail.
Took some tinkering, some time, and the other associates watching the magic, and we finally got everything working Tip-Top. Not sure exactly what was the problem, but signs pointing to both the phone, and the service being finicky, which leads to a funny looking baby.
If you need help with your service, ask for Tina!
