P	Paul M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First things first: covid Protocols in effect here. Source located in Carlingwood Mall. I went to the Source to look for a case for my cell phone. Luckily I found one on sale along with a glass protector. An associate helped me with my selection and was very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Lots or teck toys to choose from. I really enjoy browsing, and making a list of things I want to buy and save for them. The Source is a great place to shop and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Thank You to the staff for the help you gave me on my visit, I can honestly say I walked away happy. Cheers!
L	Lan Astaslem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent employees, sold me the wrong adapter after I explained exactly what I was going to use it for, which forced me to come back and return it for the correct, slightly more expensive one. Then the employee rudely exclaimed that they are NOT accepting cash just as I'm pulling out my change for the small difference in price of the two adapters. They closed the till early. Unacceptable service, if they had sold me the correct adapter in the first place I wouldn't have even had to come back a second time.

He provided amazing customer service, didn’t rush anything, nor did he force a sale. I was looking to get a phone plan for my wife. He asked me questions to figure out what my needs were and then spent time going through all my options. At the end he provided me with everything I needed at an affordable price. Definitely recommend!

Earlier that day, I called the store to inquire about a specific headset that I wanted to gift for Christmas.I spoke with Aaron, the store manager and was informed that the product I was looking for was not in stock, but he guided me towards a similar product. I asked if it would be possible for them to set aside the product for me until I was done work that day, and they put it aside for me (even though it was Thursday, the day before Black Friday. When I arrived at the store, I was nicely greeted as soon as I came in. I was guided to Aaron who had the product set aside for me and he rang the product up for me. I inquired about a Black Friday Deal they had going on about when you spend $50, they give you $100 towards a Cell Phone. So little to my knowledge, I also left with a brand new Apple iPhone. Aaron was so kind, he showed me the balances and even offered me some discounts (which I appreciated greatly as I am a young professional). I would love to thank him for his service and how thoughtful he was to help me, especially the night before one of the busiest days of the year (Black Friday). If you're interested in buying any products from The Source in the Carlingwood Mall, please ask for Aaron and he will make sure your experience is wonderful and non-forgetable! Thanks Aaron, I will be back! :)

A very pleasant young gentlemen tried to help me but was in training and still learning so he asked Kayla for help. Kayla was amazing ! She not only figured out the problem but went above and beyond and helped me book my ticket and gave me a hard copy. I am so grateful for their assistance and will definitely be returning. I have also told some of my friends my experience and will cont. to tell others of the excellent service . Thanks again !

Although James convinced me to do quite the opposite. I ended up buying the more expensive type and the insurance. He has great selling skills! Almost never buy insurance. He was also very very friendly with us and more than patient. He was more than willing to answer all the questions we had and even when it got busy he made sure to give everyone the attention he could. If the customer service stays this good I’ll keep coming back till I go broke :). Thank you so much James! Had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
