★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cellular X Zone tried to fix my broken screen, and now my home button is jacked and the touch screen doesn't even work... I have to wait days before getting it fixed again. Also, they seem to charge a hefty "fee" to pay on debit that is not charged when paying in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a Chatr sim from this place. The seller was nice and chatty. I had done my research before going there, so it didn't take much time to figure out the mobile plan I required. Even so, this place has a bunch of mobile phone and plan options to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service - just brought in my iPhone 5C with an extremely broken screen and it was fixed perfectly in under an hour, and for a VERY reasonable price. Couldn't believe it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude, disrespectful, and dishonest service. took my phone for a battery replacement and all i received was a broken camera with no battery replaced. Also wanted to charge me for the part that was damaged blaming. When asked to have my phone returned the employee refused to give me the parts he had damaged and insisted he must make money for his business. He also made a racial comment after i requested my phone back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! Unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest.
Took in my phone to get the battery replaced (internal battery), and as they opened up the phone they broke the LCD connector which displays things in the screen. Tried to bullshit me to leave the phone overnight without telling me what had happened to it. Left the phone, came back the next days and they told me that something is wrong my phone. They even tried to tell me that when I brought the phone, the screen wasn't working! Ridiculous! They said they needed to order a new LCD screen. Took a week to get this, and was called to go pick up my phone. I get there to pick up my phone assuming that things had been fixed, and I find my phone in the counter in pieces... Ask him why he made me go there when my phone wasn't fixed yet, and I'll got was more BS. In the end, they gave me back my phone without even fixing it! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The customer service was amazing and they also have a great selection of accessories to help prevent me breaking it again. I will always come back to these guys and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs and accessories and their customer service is better than all the other places I have been to!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place scammed my friend, and is clearly being shady. We went in to see if they could help with her broken screen on her phone. The person working acted really nice and said that he could do it in 20 minutes and that we needed to pay cash, that he would give us a deal and make it only $115 without tax. We left her phone and returned 20 minutes later. Everything looked fine. She brought the phone home, and not less than a day later the sensor wasn't working, and the screen seemed to be lifting off the phone. She gently tried to push the screen back onto the phone and the screen cracked again. Brought it back to see if he would stand behind his work, and he would only offer to do it over again for another $115. He insisted that it was her fault, so he was not responsible. Obviously we got taken advantage of, and we shouldn't have been so trusting. But this company should not be taking advantage of clients, and they should be paying their taxes.
