★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into the store yesterday due to the signs stating this store had unboxing day sales. I had the pleasure of dealing with Abdul. He is PHENOMENAL!! He listened to what I wanted and offered an alternative when he didn’t have what I wanted in stock. He was funny, informative and great to work with. He is so helpful!! He also hooked me up with his work number and I had a question so I texted him. He replied instantly with all the information I was looking for and still offers to help me if I have further questions. He truly is amazing and I think everyone should go and ask for him. I see him being a manager one day as he has what it takes and you can tell he has major customer service and leadership skills. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you so much Abdul ! I will be sending all my friends and family to him.
I also like to mention he gave me such a wicked deal!!! Again, thank you so much!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, they promise too much and deliver less. I got promised International minutes turned out that the guy working in the store gave me false promise.
And also ended up keeping a phone which is not my choice. Long story short if you want buy a new phone and connection from any provider like Roger's, fido , virgin etc get it from them. what happens if you buy from theese guys is, they don't do anything and the provide give you services and replacements for those bought directly from them. BY THE WAY (FYI)THEY DON'T FOLLOW 30DAYS RETURN POLICY??
