★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited a couple weeks ago to get an iPhone 5 screen repaired. They fixed it right away at a very reasonable price. I was impressed they had the parts on hand for such an old phone! They also had used accessories available (I bought a charging cord and earbuds) and the prices for both were lower than I expected. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my iPhone XS Screen replaced yesterday and all went well in the store was a little on the pricey side (almost paid half of what I paid for the phone) but this morning when I went to turn on my phone the flashlight or the camera on the Lock Screen would not work. I am bringing the phone back today to see what they say
Edit: went back today and got amazing Service unfortunately the phone wasn’t 100% fixable (still has the same issue that I can not use the flash and camera on Lock Screen) but they tried everything they could and even wanted to help me try to find a new phone

I both emailed and called asking about a screen replacement for my European version of Samsung Galaxy and gave model numbers, etc and the guy said he could replace it, but it turned out he actually didn't have the right screen and completely destroyed my screen which previously only had an almost invisible hairline crack. Offered me a bunch of recycled "parts phones" and a blacklisted device as a replacement and still wanted to charge me full price for the repair. He claimed he would find the appropriate screen for me but it has been 3 weeks and not a peep from him.
Walking into the place and seeing piles of broken parts phones strewn all over the place and a lack of the expected equipment for properly servicing phones like hot plate and heat gun should have been a big red flag, but I really wanted my screen replaced and trusted his word. Big mistake. Cost me over $1000 to buy a new phone plus the extreme inconvenience of transferring data from a phone with a broken screen and no more touch functionality (hint, a DeX dock or similar will allow you to connect a phone with a dead screen and no touch to an external monitor and keyboard/mouse).. Seriously thought about suing, but decided to just post a negative review which will hopefully save someone else from aggravation and cost him future business.

I was having issues with my charger port and it turned out being due to lint that was stuck inside. He quickly cleaned it out and returned my phone without charging me even though I insisted.

I had to go pull out money, so I gave him my phone, and by the time I had come back he had completed the job. He has good prices and is definitely who you should go to if you need your phone fixed!
