★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the end, the service was done, and done well! I went in three different times over the last two months for the same situation, where I paid a deposit, they ordered the screen for my phone, and I assumed that it would be waiting for me until I was able to come in. The parts were returned to the manufacturer each time when I took 1-2 weeks to come for it, which is their policy they said. Finally I guaranteed that I would come back like I had each time before, so they held it for me. They fixed the screen and it was done really well. I'm grateful for that. I just want folks to know the process so they aren't inconvenienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely wonderful service even though he didn't fix it, he helped find my problem in less the 2 days for a broken Xbox audio plug in. Helped fix one of the controllers joystick, told me the problem and told me the best way to get my audio back which was to buy another controller saved me over 80$ and didn't even get charged. If you have something broken but you dont know what is the problem, come here.
