★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over the past 4 months, I have called them about 15-20 times. They have NEVER answered their phone. Not once. Regardless of which extension you try. During the past 4 months their mailbox has been "full". I have actually had to call the US Embassy in order to get answers to questions. It is really unfortunate and I hope that they are able to change things because it is extremely hard to get help from them.
