She didnt give me any real information. Passports have not been coming out since last year June and this lady pretended as if she didnt know that. All I needed was a letter stating same, and she kept saying the information is on the website. No it's not. There is no information on what to do when the passports are not being issued out. She kept saying "you should have done it earlier" as if I didnt try that already. I'm sure your job is stressful but so are these kind of situations. Very unhelpful

When my passport was issued, they accepted it at the embassy and will mail it straight to you as long as you provide the envelope with address and details. Professional, courteous, and easy to work with.

The woman with whom I spoke knew all the answers. She was very helpful. When I brought our passports and supporting materials to the Embassy, she processed them very quickly and had them back to me within a couple of hours. Then I had a couple of follow-up questions and she answered those quickly as well. I was very pleased with the friendly and efficient service that I received.
