E	Ellakkiya Pannu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and extremely rude - called time inquire about something and asked for the lady’s name she hung up on me abruptly. I called back and the same lady picked up and said that they aren’t allowed to give out their names. She could have just told me that before she hung up me the first time.

As a Sri Lankan living in Canada I am very happy to see a Sri Lankan government organization providing this level of service. I live in Edmonton I mailed my current passport along with my new passport application and requested them to return my current passport back to ASAP since I have to travel to USA. The high commission processed my application the same day they received my application and return the passport the same day. I got my passport back to me in less than 48 hours. This is exceptional service. Keep up the awesome work..

I don't think there should be any place for this type of entitled and rude behavior in a facility that should cater to the needs of the people.

I had to call/ email her couple of times to prepare my documents prior to my visit and she was patient throughout the whole process and explained details clearly knowing that i'm coming all the way from Toronto. Thank you for the great service and keep up the good work.
R	Rosy Vishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am thoroughly disappointed with the way they treat fellow Sri Lankans (especially when they are in a position to guide you and they don't want to guide you). We all know that the instructions for our questions are available online. But sometimes you may want further clarification (may be more specific for your situation) and when you call them, they either hung up the phone or ask you to go online and find it. I wish they'd be more courteous and learn some social skills before coming to such position.
