★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always doubted in the institutions of the Ghanaian government to be functioning appropriately, especially being a Ghanaian myself. When I was processing my first passport in Ghana, it took almost 8 months before the passport was ready for collection. I applied to the Consulate in Ottawa to renew my passport, and it took them a record number of days to get it processed in time. it was received by the consulate on June 3, and by June 29, it was ready!!! Positive attitude. Things are getting better.#Ghanawillgetthere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do have the typical Ghanaian behavior. I was speaking to a lady and she even hanged up on me. They are not even able to tell you when you’ll get your passport back. I really regret going through their process

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place but poor customer service. I had to pick up my renewed passport. Waited for about 30 minutes for someone to attend to me and when she did she mistook me for another client she was expecting. Had to wait for extra 7 mins before she gave me my new renewed passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This office is great. They answered my calls and finished my visa processing in good time. I shipped my passport from USA and they did not do a return service. So, I worked with them and got a ups which also provided a courier service. They had a lot of patience and I have my visa in advance of my trip.
