โ โ โ โ โ Lee-Anne McDougall and Andrew McDougall were absolutely outstanding. They were both so helpful and encouraging. Lee-Anne was enthusiastic in helping me through the steps, she was responsive, and constantly kept me updated on the status of my application. I never had to sit anxiously waiting for information. The process was seamless, and to have someone so dedicated to my job search, especially in this current climate, was a huge weight off my shoulders.
(The excitement at my getting the role felt reciprocated by these two, which was also quite nice!)

โ โ โ โ โ I had an interview with Lee-Anne McDougall who took an hour out of my day to explain the process with LRO Staffing.
I was told Iโd get a follow up email - never did.
*I* followed up with Lee-Anne and never got the courtesy of an email back regarding anything - potential employment OR letting me know Iโm not a good fit for what is available.
Not professional.
Would not recommend for a staffing agency.
Avoid.
