Very friendly staff, reasonable prices like for iPhone6 screen repair they charged me only 85$ and while I was waiting having my iPhone repaired I watched my best show ' friends'

My phone battery expanded, cracking the phone open, and required replacement. Finding a suitable battery proved challenging. Hi-Tech provided me with a loaner phone as we waited for the battery to ship. Mansi was always constructive and helpful, working with her supplier to find the right battery. I appreciated how she was conscientious and resourceful, and how it was easy to get an update by calling or walking in.

Had my iPad pro screen smashed. Apple store refused to fix it and wanted to sell me a brand new iPad. These guys fixed it in one day for half the price what I would have paid for a new one. Amazing fast service. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Fixed my very broken android phone over the summer (cracked screen, water damage, wouldn't turn on) and I haven't had a single issue since. Thanks so much to the team

Fast and friendly service! Customer service is Top Notch and fair prices for quality products and repairs. I've been coming to see these guys for years and I will never go to anyone else again for any repairs.

Update: After contacting the manager multiple times and multiple promises that a replacement part (the glass backcover that was broken during the last service and replaced with a wrong color plastic cover) will be ordered in for my phone, I still haven't recieved an update on the matter and I don't think I ever will. I advise you to find another service center for your repairs as it's obvious that High-Tech do not offer good service and never deliver on their promises. Very disappointed on many different levels.... The experience started rather pleasant, I was able to easily book an appointment online through their website to a replace of a battery on my Samsung 6 Edge. I quickly received an e-mail and a Text message confirming the 12 PM appointment time, the price of 75$ plus tax and a 2 hour waiting. The location was easy to find and had easy accessible parking. I arrived at 11:45 AM was greeted by a young gentleman that confirmed my appointment. Great so far !!! His 1st comment was that I own a Samsung 6 Edge and it costs more to repair. I instantly brought up the appointment confirmation for him that clearly stated that my phone information and cost/waiting time. He said that is good enough but it will take 2.5 hrs instead to get the repairs done. I agreed, gave him my personal information and left. I came back to pick up my phone at 2:30 PM, I was informed that since it's a Samsung 6 Edge extra time is needed (EXTRA 2 Hours) for battery testing and other technical stuff... I decided that I was not going to argue with the young gentleman and politely stated to him that I was very disappointed and this is not what he promised and he should sympathize with how hard it is to reschedule my day if I do not have my phone and/or contacts. He was flustered and failed to even apologize. I was back to pick up my phone @ 4 PM. He hands me the phone to confirm everything is okay and I notice I have a different color phone (Gold Front / White Back). He then proceeds to tell me that the back glass cover broke and that happened because the phone has been refurbished (that's the best excuse he could offer)... Obviously they did not have the proper color replacement part so they gave me a white NONE GLASS Samsung Back Cover. NO APOLOGY for breaking my phone ! NO EFFORT to take responsibility for breaking the phone ! NO OFFER to make things right ! I looked at the young man very disappointed, paid my bill in full, asked for a receipt and for the broken part. I remained calm, polite and respectable with staff, as I myself have been in the customer service industry for years and I know issues do arise, but this is not how it should be handled. Check their website, it states that they offer "Quality Parts", "Quick Repair Service" and "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". They failed on all fronts. I will try to reach management and await a reply to see if Hi-Tech Repairs care about keeping their customer happy, but so far I have not been happy with the service at all.

My little one damaged my laptop screen which I use to work from home. I was able to walk in and had my laptop screen replaced within 1 hour. Excellent service. Highly recommend this place.

Love this place my son breaks his iPad often the screen or the starting buttons. They give us a great price and are quick in their response to fis the ipads. They are very personable.
