β β β β β MacBook 16" 2019 repair story:
I had a 16" 2019 MBP that started kernel panicking. Apple Store provided some free diagnostics, however there was a problem with the memory, and we needed to replace the logic board, for 1k + tax. Apple Store Rideau told me it would be cheaper to find another place to fix it, because Apple does not have the equipment or trained staff to perform board level repairs.
I brought my MBP here, and they had a provided a 500$ quote to fix it from their certified Apple repair guy in Toronto. I could not give them my Apple ID password, as my Apple ID is associated with access to a top 100 app company I'm working for. About a few weeks later, they replaced the logic board, and the machine worked perfectly, with a 90 day warranty in case there are any issues. Can't really ask for more as the only other option was the sell the machine for parts. A++ would recommend
Service: Staff are relaxed. This is surprising considering people are likely at their worst behaviour when bringing in their broken phone, etc.

β β β β β I replaced my iPhone pro max screen for over 400$. I have no problem with their attitude, however, they were using the cheapest aftermarket TFT screen that you can find on AliExpress for 100$, not even an OLED screen, and then they even take your original screen for "reimbursement". What a joke! If you go to an apple store, the replacement only costs you the same amount($429) and you get an official replacement with the original quality screen. I learned my lesson and will never come back again.

β β β β β **STAY AWAY - DO NOT GO HERE**
The owner of this store cares nothing about people and the burden placed on them from his own store's faulty products. I went into this location with the white charging cable that I had purchased, and my owned PS5 Controller. The cable I purchased from these guys melted itself and the charging port of my PS5 Controller (as seen in photos), and while in the store dealing with the store manager, he verbally admitted to my face that their cable was the cause of the melting and damage.
I asked for some accountability and a resolution to this to not just be left with my damaged PS5 Controller which was due to their endorsed and sold cable. I was told the store owner was out of country, and that if I sent the store an email, it would be sent to the owner. A week passes and I have to call the store myself, and ask if there is any resolution. I'm told by the store manager there is nothing the store owner will do. I ask if I'm "basically **** out of luck" and the store manager replies "yeah basically"!
The cold monotone responses from the store manager, and lack of any integrity or good will from the store owner to do the right thing by a person is appalling.
Your sold cable has damaged my personal belongings, and you simply don't care at all to do anything about it! Not even empathetic enough to answer my initial email, and make me have to follow up to see if there was a good person running this business willing to do the right thing by this situation.
Nothing!
