Also, thank you for dropping off the laptop at my house!

The experience: My initial telephone call was accepted within 2 rings - unheard of in this age of voice mail, text, e-forms, pods, pics, blah, blah, blah. (These tech people can be elusive!)
After speaking with Aldo, directly, (yes - directly) and explaining the issue with my HP-Printer he assured me that the problem could be rectified - in short-order.
Aldo then gave me the option (yes, option) of an on-site or drop-off appointment to do the repair. We agreed to an on-site visit.
Also, called prior to arrival. Arrived at the agreed-upon time, was COVID-compliant, polite, efficient and professional. (So refreshing!)
The entire site-visit took less than one hour.
That's right: arrival, trouble-shooting, correctly repairing the printer, testing the unit (yes, tested the unit after the repair), providing a very reasonable invoice (and I sent the e-transfer immediately) then on his way to the next call.
All within 3 hours of our initial conversation and within one hour of showing up on site.
Beautiful!
In short, if you've a computer repair issue - ALS Computer Services is the place to call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My computer 'crunched' on a Friday, suddenly leaving me feeling lost and helpless. I was also regretting the fact that I had not backed up my data for a long time and was trying to quell my rising panic. We also don't like the idea of tossing out perfectly good computers because of an increasingly short shelf life, or feeling that we are at the mercy of the companies that we need to deal with for repairs, so we took a chance on someone new and reached out for help to Aldo and ALs Computers. I had a great response from Aldo. He invested his time up front with me to understand the issues and our attempts to fix them. Owning a small business myself, I know that usually means someone cares truly for their work and genuinely wants to help. We agreed to hire Aldo for a back up and repair and received incredible service and support. The cost to us was minimal and retrieving my data and computer without a great deal of worry, time or cost was an amazingly hopeful and helpful experience. I would recommend Aldo to anyone looking for trusted guidance and real help. Thank you Aldo!

As a extra perk, Aldo followed up about a week later to ensure that the computer was working well and that were no problems.

Aldo diligently worked his magic to bring our printer back to excellent working order. Very fair pricing and, in our case, next day turnaround.
