β β β β β REALLY good shwarma and large servings. We get the family platter which includes a huge tray of salad and all the extras (pickle, turnip, tomato, etc) and a big foil pan of rice (brown or white) and either chicken or beef or a mix. The food was fresh and made quickly, and the guys working there were friendly. We have been going there for a few years and have never been disappointed.

β β β β β Omg, we love this place. Whenever we go to Ottawa, this is our favourite shawarma place. We get one each to eat on the way home and one for later. Peterborough, and even Toronto, can't make shawarma like Ottawa. I love the fried veggie sandwich without the falafel. Lightly browned broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, eggplant and carrots, sooo good. The chicken and beef are also excellent. The garlic sauce is light and fluffy with a good strong garlic flavour.
The Garlic Heaven keeps you craving more cause the taste won't leave your mouth. (Might not be great date food unless both eat it).
The combo includes fried potatoes (chunks), tossed in a cilantro-garlic paste that melts on the hot potatoes, then topped with the garlic sauce, and a can of pop. Always generous portions.

β β β β β order is wrong, wrong size, wrong meat, wrong toppings, wrong side. I tried what I did get and the rice (instead of salad) was disgusting and the chicken (instead of beef) was dry and the sandwich was falling apart; if I wanted a platter I would not have ordered the sandwich

β β β β β This is a Great little Shawarma Shop.. the people are always friendly and the I have never had any sort of issues with the food.. the inside of the shop looks a little old so at a first glance it can give you the thought of it being dirty but if you give it a minute and actually look around the place is clean.. we got hear every now and then for a treat and love it.. great little place.
