She handled my issues respectfully and sensitively, after loosing my husband she walked me through all the steps that needed to be done on my end to get his account moved into my name instead. I asked her a bunch of questions and even after an hour of dealing with me she was still calm and amazing.
I highly recommend this location to anyone that needs a cell phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EPP Plan. Phone took more than 6 weeks to arrive and was initially told by service rep that it was because the model was in high demand. Problem is that my wife ordered the same model phone 3 days later but hers arrived at the same address in less than 2 weeks. When I point this out to the service rep, they then say the difference is that it was liking coming from a different distribution centre despite the mailing address being the same. Back luck I guess but poor service overall.
Edit Feb. 8 - This was not a shipping issue or a supply issue. It received a shipping notice 5 weeks after I ordered. There was a minor shipping delay but that was understandable due to a storm. The issue is the five weeks it took before it was shipped. If there really was a supply issue, why did my wife get the exact same model phone weeks before me despite ordering after me? There was a supply. I am not out money so there is no making it right. The opportunity to take it right was when I first emailed you three weeks ago.
