★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the bayshore kiosk are absolutely fantastic. Every time I have visited, they have been friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help you find the best plan, and then make extra effort to help you save money. I won't go anywhere else for phone sales and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a story here. I wish I could remember the guy's name who sold my mother in law a plan and a case, to thank him. After maybe 2 years of hand wringing by said mother in law about a phone and a plan, I arranged to get her a new iPhone based on Kid B's research and recommendation, and switching from one of the other big carriers to Koodo based on my experience. The kiosk guy was friendly, efficient and even spent 15 minutes with MiL showing her new features.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in with my son who was buying a phone and Fredrick was the one who helped us. Fredrick was very nice but had said some unprofessional things. It was a very awkward experience because he had told me that Telus and Koodo only want to take our money, and they do not care about us. I personally am not with Koodo but my son is. my son has been with Koodo for many many years and said he has never had any issues. I thought this was very unprofessional of Fredrick to say. As the conversation went on, he told us how he was leaving the company because they drain their employees and don't pay them well. This is not great conversation to have with customers because it makes Koodo look really bad. Having worked in customer service, this is not polite conversation to have. My son was hesitant to post the review because he loves koodo and his plan but he did not enjoy his experience in store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My previous phone was having some issues and I had tons of questions which Victoria G made super easy. She deserves a raise for taking so much time to help me find the right product and plan, never rushed me and it made the whole thing feel so easy!!!
She truly made my experience amazing and I would recommend seeing her as she is one the best!!!
