★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here looking for an Otter Box for my phone that is with Virgin Plus. Immediately I was told it's an old phone and I was pressured to get a new phone instead. It wasn't a phone I wanted, and it would have been a downgrade to a newer phone. I walked away, and this wasn't the first time employees here tried to pressure me into something I did not want. My first Android was from here, and although my next four phones have been with Virgin Plus, they haven't been from this location. Other businesses in the mall have Virgin Mobile phones without the high pressure tactics of trying to convince you to get something you don't want.

The gentleman Wahid assisted me with all the information I need it in very professional and friendly attitudes which couraged me to join the Virgin company. Specially when he promised that the company always care about their clients and is fulfilling their services to their customers.
For me the good services by good knowledgable personal is very important to me.
Also, I had same treatment from the gentleman Omar for my technical questions.
I gratefully and lucky to have their service. Thanks

Even though a ton of unexpected things happened like being disconnected from a service phone call, keyboard stopped working, scanner/barcode wasn't showing up, she stayed with us and kept reassuring us that we would be taken care of and she kept her word!
She got the work done in a helpful, timely and professional manner. It really shows that she cares about making the clients happy!
