★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to the Mobile Klinik in Bayshore shopping center two weeks ago to fix a Samsung phone that wouldn't charge any more. Harshmeet was the person who helped us. He took one look at the charging connector and immediately diagnosed the issue - an immense build up of lint in the connector! He carefully cleaned the connector for us and I think he pulled out enough lint to knit a tiny teddy bear. The phone charged perfectly after that. It was amazing. Harshmeet was very professional and patient and we were impressed with the great service we received. Will definitely return if we have future issues with our phones. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got one of their matte screen protectors for my iPhone 12 Pro Max, got it installed for $45 and was told that if it does start peeling off I will get it fixed or another one for free. I went to them and they wanted me to pay $10 for another repair? This is the 2nd time it’s bubbled on me. Very bad service, wish the boys from last year were still around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place if you have any issue with your phone of tablet and you want to get it fixed. They are very efficient and friendly. Went there to do data transfer on my broken device. The price was very cheap compared to the competitors. The guy who helped me was grant , great guy not gonna lie. I was in and out in about 1 hour and a half. Definitely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone had water damage; was confused and upset expecting to lose my data. Both Rameez and Harshmeet were patient and took the time to explain options and cost. My phone needed a new screen. Instead after educating me, make recommendations and being patient, I walked away getting a better pre-certified owned upgraded phone, a 1 year warranty, with my data transferred and about the same cost as fixing my screen. I would absolutely recommend this shop for all mobile issues. They are knowledgeable, professional and aware of customer needs. Thank you!!!
