C	Cain Canning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my jam. But the menu updated and removed my favorite item, the pulled pork poutine, which was a 5 star dish to me. My next favorite dish is only 2 stars so that's my rating now. This has been my go to for literally a decade and I'm only now going to try other food court locations because the pork really was the deal breaker. The only other item I'd eat here is the classic poutine, now, but the quality isn't even much better than mcdonalds poutine so I'll save my money :(

They usually have "ordinary" food but this one today was terrible... The French fries were just burned and there was barely any cheese. The gravy was good, I guess. Was so excited to have a good poutine for a late lunch but to bad for me.

This evening my daughter and I were out for dinner and my daughter spilt her drink and was very upset without second thinking the young gentleman at cash poured her a new one. He went above and beyond. You don’t see this often anymore especially in fast food. Thank you again to this young gentleman you made my daughters evening.

I called the location and spoke to Gabby who confirmed the gravy had been temporarily changed and confirmed the new gravy is meat based. As a vegetarian, this is highly disturbing that a product advertised as vegetarian was so carelessly swapped without any disclosure whatsoever.

The restaurant is always clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and always welcoming, and the food is amazing. If you’re stopping by Bayshore Shopping Centre New York Fries is a must for ball park/hockey game style hot dogs and some of the best poutine and fries served by friendly people!

I couldn't find my credit card but he was so sweet, calm and told me to take my time. He's a dad of two so he was very understanding of my first time mom mall experience. Bayshore mall with a stroller.. if you know you know.
