โ โ โ โ โ Went there to see if there was a spot for walk in kids, the girl at the counter told a lady in front of me to move aside while she was finishing a conversation on her cell phone. She hung up, thought she would assist, but instead she plunged herself in a text conversation with someone and left me standing there for a few minutes. I left.
Are we to this point that personal life has more importance over what one is paid to do?

โ โ โ โ โ Booked an appt with Nora after reading many positive reviews, but came out with the worst haircut Iโve ever been given. I have lots of (fine) hair, and went in with it at lower back length, with the intention of having it cut blunt to my collar bone. Couldnโt get an appt anywhere else so I thought Iโd give Nora a go, and while she was very kind, she does not know how to cut hair. Minimal scissor use and instead went in the majority of the time with a buzzer, which lead to a crazily uneven, extremely heavy ended haircut. I pointed it out, as my hair was all different lengths at every angle in which I turned my head, and she kept saying โitโs just the angleโ. After my first washing since the cut, and since there was absolutely no point cutting used or texture made, I cannot wear my hair naturalโฆ itโs VERY puffy and massive. In addition to this, I was told to come in 20 min early and ended up waiting over half an hour, which cut into my original appointment time! The next day I went in to get it fixed, but was told to wait past my appointment time again! I left and wonโt be coming back. Avoid this salon at all costs!!!!!!

โ โ โ โ โ I called the College Square location to book an appointment for a haircut and they told me that there were no appointments available for that location but offered to check Bayshore. There was one appointment left for the day I requested, so the lady that I spoke to booked it for me so that I wouldn't have to call Bayshore myself which was very helpful. When I got to the Bayshore location for my appointment, the lady at the desk was cheerful and my appointment was done on time. I got my haircut by Laura, and she did exactly what I requested while checking in to make sure I was happy with the progress. When it was done, she asked if I wanted anything else done but I was happy with the results. Good communication, good conversation, professional and friendly staff, as well as clean and followed all of the Covid precautions. Overall, great experience! Before and after pictures included.

โ โ โ โ โ First of all I want to mention that I had no idea that there was a hair salon inside Chatters lol second of all and most important I had terrific experience today when Nora cut my bangs, she was so attentive and made me feel really good, she has amazing personality. I think for the second time in my life in Ottawa someone understood what I wanted and did a great job on my bangs (and believe me bangs when your hair is fine and wavy is seriously complicated job!). I will definitely come back to this salon and I highly recommend Noraโค๏ธ

โ โ โ โ โ Kelly was my stylist and she is awsome! She recommened me a hair spa that was great and gave me an nice hair cut as well.
She is the go to person if you ever plan to Visit Chatters Bayshore.

โ โ โ โ โ I had the worst Balayage yesterday at Chatters Bayshore. This doesn't look like a Balayage at all. I tried to save money to get my hair done for my birthday and this is what I got. Now I have to spend more just to fix this.

โ โ โ โ โ My hair stylist was absolutely amazing! Very talented lady! She listened to me and we worked out a plan and she followed thru! My hair is absolutely beautiful and made me walk away feeling like a milllion dollars ! Best salon I will continue my hair journey at this salon! Clean and friendly !
