★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was my first visit to Naturally nails, and I am very unhappy. Firs at all they don't sanitise the seats after clients. The girl who did my pedicure did very poor job. My big toes are different length and one cut on a angle. Will never go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just left and the technician that did my nails was great. Even though they closed over an hour ago she didn't rush me. She answered all my questions and took her time. Her name is Rose and I truly appreciated my experience. Much better than any places I have been for manicures and pedicures over the past year. Definitely worth going!
I went back about 4 weeks later - because my nails still looked good for that long! I asked for Rose and she did an amazing job again. I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. I also looked around at the care and patience the other nail artists put into their clients. I was pleasantly surprised at how good everyone was at the nail art. I didn't see anyone leave disappointed. I doubt I will get my nails done anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ladies give great service. A lady name summer,( I don't think that is her real name), did my nails. I love it. For the first time since moving here someone did my nails the waY I wanted
She took her time and did a great job. Everyone was very nice. I got a pedicure too. My feet are very soft. I am happy with the results.
The one thing that I did not like is the floor was clearly very dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my nails done twice here and both were a good experience. Lots of colors to choose from. Nancy is very careful with polish application. The shape is okay; I want all the nails to be symmetrical so I end up touching up the filing after she shapes them. In the end they look nice :)
Apparently they charge an extra 5$ for 3 or more polish colors. I didn’t know this and they didn’t charge it on my first appointment so there was some misunderstanding there but it was cleared when I followed up the next day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My nails are very pretty, I got the full Bio Gel set and it feels much better than acrylic however it did take a long time to do, which is understandable because it requires time and patience and the UV light curing. That being said, my nail tech didn’t attempt conversion at all despite the fact that I tried a few times in an attempt to kill the awkward silence. Maybe some people like the no chatting thing and that’s fine. To each their own, but it felt quite stand-off ish to me. Nails are good though. Nail colour is 202.
