★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent experience today at Noir. It was my first time going there and let me tell you that you will feel at home from the minute you walk into this place. Everything was impeccably clean and the aesthetic side of the establishment is spot on. You can tell that serious thought and effort was put into the appearance of the salon to go hand in hand with the excellent products and services that they offer. Toni did a beautiful job on my cut and balayage, and I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after my service. I am a very, very happy woman! I will recommend this salon to my family and friends, and I will 100% recommend Toni to anyone that is looking for a new stylist. She knows what she is doing, she is very accommodating to your requests and she will have you feel satisfied with her prompt hospitable personality and her care.

I left feeling very happy from her service; her presence is so warm and gracious. I’d recommend Linh and Noir Salon & Spa to anyone! The salon is very clean and well decorated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottawa’s best kept secret! An amazing salon. Staff was professional, talented with great customer service. Really great if you have sensitivity to products. Salon is disability friendly. Salon is kept clean and comfortable staff seem to be happy at work and treated respectfully by owner. Found my new salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for a pedicure with my mom and we loved everything about this place. This will be our new go to spot! The warm neck pillows and ambiance were lovely and the service met the same beautiful and relaxing standard, with an extremely reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The space is amazing.. clean and really well organized.. really really spacious. The service however is really lacklustre.. the staff member I dealt with was snobby and getting her hair dyed at the same time as i was purchasing a bottle of my special shampoo and was really annoyed at me "inconveniencing" her... was going to make an appointment but the service changed my mind.
