Another month where the pharmacy can't seem to fill prescriptions in time, leaving my chronically ill wife trapped in bed with muscle spasms where I have to half carry her to go to the bathroom. I get that the system won't let you renew scripts too early to avoid patients abusing their medication, but consistently for months now, when we finally can renew, the amount of time it takes to arrive leaves her without meds for a couple days. At least this time the girl at the counter was genuinely concerned and sympathetic, and is attempting to speak to her manager. Usually we just get terse, condescending replies since it has to be ordered in (my wife is the only patient on the med so they don't keep it on hand). Don't appreciate my wife being dismissed as a drug addict, but there's not much that can be done since without the pharmacy she wouldn't have access to her meds at all. Edit: Shock and surprise, the pharmacist can't/won't do anything. We couldn't even interject as he talked over us on the phone. Oh, the drug is available halfway across the city, but she'd have to pick it up in person, I can't even pick it up for her. What part of 'trapped in bed with debilitating muscle tremors' do you not understand? That's why she gets her meds delivered. These folks never understand no matter how she and I explain things. So another month of debilitating pain, where I have to sit by her bedside on suicide watch. People who have never had an illness that stole their life and ability to walk away, or been the primary caregiver who waited on such a patient, never seem to understand.

We have been using this Pharmcy for years, the previous pharmacist Mike, Ahmad were brilliant, repeat prescription made ready on time but now you have to visit this phamcy three times to pick up the medication. I dropped my father’s prescription on Monday two Items were in prescription 1- Amlodipine and nitro patch, they made the prescription ready after four days and I had to visit the Pharmcy three times. When I picked up the medication I didn’t pick up the nitro patch because I had Question for the pharmacist ( don’t know her name ) she said she will get back to me soon. I waited a for week she didn’t get back to me, eventually, I went back and ask her l, she had complete forgotten, and she was asking me which nitro patch…. NOT happy with the pharmacist. We are considering to move our repeat prescriptions to a different Pharmcy.

Very good. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The store is very clean, and tidy, which makes things easier to find.

Not sure what happened with this location. The service and friendliness has disappeared. Very unorganized and no one ever wants to answer the phone or your questions. They don't go out of there way for customers anymore. It's to bad, this place used to be great.

Pharmacy are so slow to request for my doctor for refill of my medication its almost a month and still never get my medication. Where is Michael he is really friendly and good pharmacist miss him a lot

You don't keep the things I want in stock. For instance.. clearly you should be making double orders of the energy drinks people actually buy instead of hoping people will just clear out everything else. Rockstar punch, and monster pacific punch are never on the shelf so I just go to shopper drug Mart.

Helpful and friendly staff. Good specials. Only downside is early closing (8pm) They don't permit pets in carriers inside so be aware. Have not availed myself of the pharmacy's services so no comment on that.

I went to receive my booster vaccine at this location yesterday. When entering we were greeted by one of the associates at the pharmacy who preceded to speak down to us making us feel like we were inconveniencing her by arriving for our appointment. I understand that working at a pharmacy can be difficult and tiring, but her behaviour had me feeling ignored and undermined. We proceeded to be told to wait in this small section with chairs, we waited there for the pharmacist for around 20 minutes whilst she did random tasks seemingly not caring that she has an appointment. For context, my appointment was for 3:55, we checked in with the first associate at 3:50, and I received my vaccine around 4:20. For that 25 minute period all the associates in the pharmacy preceded to chit chat and only service one other customer who was picking up a prescription. After the pharmacist came out, she asked me the standard preliminary questions, then we went on to start the actually vaccination. While inserting the needle into my arm she preceded to move it around and squeeze my arm around the needle which hurt severely, the needle was in my arm for around 30 seconds, which was longer than all my other COVID-19 vaccinations. Granted I am not a professional, but something about the receiving of this vaccination felt off and my arm now more than 24 hours later is still incredible sore and the skin around the injection point puffy and sensitive. After removing the needle she tried to sell me on their new pharmacy app, which felt icky as I had received really awful service during my appointment. Overall, I would not recommend getting your vaccinations at this location, my experience left my arm incredible sore and my impression of their store sour.
