We said hello and she just responded with what do you want. She was very short and curt with her responses. Horrible customer service. We left and I took my daughter elsewhere for her piercings.

She is personable, makes you feel comfortable and listens to what you want. She has perfected my eyebrow game and I always get compliments on them because of her. I don't trust anybody else with them and not even myself - if you have a chance to go to her do it!!!!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. They are very friendly and always happy employees. I rate them 100000 stars if I could!!

They are always so accommodating with setting up appointments and always give amazing services. If you want to get your brows done choose Cherrie she’s AMAZING she’s literally the brow whisper. She is so great at her job and always know how to kick off good conversations. I even get her to do my makeup on birthdays/ special occasions and she’s so good especially with doing wing eyeliner. I have had facials done by her and she is so great at them as well she knows how to keep you relaxed and always makes sure you feel comfortable.

It was my first time ever having an appointment here for anything, & I was very pleased with the service. The girl who did my piercings, (I believe her name is Jordyn) was so patient with me. She really took her time to make sure I was happy, & answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this place, & would book another appointment here in the future!
N	N.S O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to be a regular here for years before some of my favourites left ( Sarah was amazing for brows ) and the services seemed to becoming very hit and miss . I visited recently however and was pleasantly surprised by all the changes . Visage is now offering a lot of higher end services like micro blading and hydra facials and they have some pretty good promotions going on for most of their services . I got my brows waxed with Sherry and she was amazing at explaining all the different services with me and even moving around her schedule to try and accommodate me and get me in for new services quickly . I only wish the location was better for this store , being so close to a mall entrance and being so small it’s often quite loud and it takes away from the relaxing experience, especially when getting facials or other longer treatments .
