Was given a same day 3:30, came to the mall specifically for this..the line was very long and I was told that we would have to wait for other walk in customers to be finished. Came back 15 mins later still waiting. Stylist burnt my daughter with the hair dryer. Cut wasn't really straight and I was not allowed to wait with her inside as there were too many people. No hand sanitizer system set up. Every expensive for a kids trim and wash($30) will not return

He never introduced himself to my son (I had to ask his name), nor did he make effort to make him comfortable by showing his tools or making it fun. My son cried the entire time and we had to stop partway through. After we got him calmed down in the hallway, I went back and asked to have the cut finished or at least get some of my money back because they charged us $18! The woman at the desk refused and blamed my son for the poor haircut saying that it was because he was crying. I told her that was not acceptable as they should be professionals and we asked in advance if they did haircuts for 1 year olds. We ended up in a heated discussion, and she threatened to call security on me! I had to finish the haircut at home by myself (tear-free). We won't be back.

S	Sweeneykitkat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was able to see a stylist named Mitra the day after I inquired about getting my hair trimmed. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen right away. I had a lot of anxiety about getting my hair trimmed, as it grows very slow but Mitra was very nice and talked me through everything. She never cut when I wasn't comfortable and allowed me to use a mirror to check how the process was going as she worked. I ended up getting more trimmed then expected, but it was definitely the right move to deal with my fine hair and she didn't proceed with the extra trim without my say so. Overall was a very positive experience for a great value; would definitely recommend!

I tried going back and they just got mad and shut me and my friend down and ontop of that they just said that I have to book an appt to get it done again(have to pay again). Which I'm not doing, so I asked for a refund but they just completely told us no and got mad. But right after me and my friend went to chaders and they were so nice and gave me a free treatment and blowout. If ur thinking about going to this place to get ur hair dyed DONT. Go to chaders instead or Fernandos
