★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is beautiful, organized, clean and inviting. Audrey was extremely friendly and cordial. She was personable and she even told me about her cats! Excellent customer service. I love that I am able to pick up the products right at the store and I don't have to pay for shipping and wait for delivery.

I have never met a team that cared so deeply about my health, even when I didn't make it a priority for myself. I know that NutriChem has my best interest at heart, so even though I live in Alberta, I continue to partner with NutriChem for my alternative medicine solutions. The online store is easy to use and the superb customer service (...even at a distance) still stands true. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very negative experience at this pharmacy. First of all, the supplements are extremely expensive compared to similar products in the market. Second, the customer service is okay when you purchase their products but very bad when you try to return the products. I was told that probiotics cannot be returned within 14 days of purchase when I tried to return an unopened probiotics, obviously I never looked at the fine prints on the receipt. However, what the cashier said was contradicting, on one hand she said the probiotics doesn't have to be kept in fridge if I need to travel, on the other hand she said she cannot accept the product return because the probiotics need to be kept in the fridge. I will NOT return to this pharmacy as a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NutriChem had a specific product I was looking for, so I visited their Carling location (which is beautiful, by the way). I was impressed with the customer service I received while in the store (kind, knowledgeable and no pressure), even though I didn't end up purchasing anything at the time.
A couple weeks later, and because of the positive impression, I made a purchase through their website (for in-store pick-up) and was, again, very happy with the level of service I received.
It's evident that they truly care about customer feedback (and are responsive to it), and it's my pleasure to give a five-star review that reflects this.
I'm already a strong proponent for supporting small, local businesses, and even more so during the pandemic. I'm so happy to be able to support a company like NutriChem, which has proven, on more than one occasion, to be deserving of my business.
