K	Kateryna Dolishna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The guy didn't show up and didn't text me until 20 minutes after the appointment time. Sent me a text he's feeling sick. Completely disrespectful of other people's time. I work 55 hours a week, so it was a big effort for me to come for the appointment and I had to plan it ahead of time. On top of that I don't own a car so it takes me about an hour an a half to get to the office from where I live. Three hours of my only day off wasted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They respond, a little bit late does not matter because they are taking the client's responsibility as their own. Experience: #I missed my First-time tax filing benefit (welcome Canada fund). I connected with them after 7-8 months, and she responded at that time too and is working on the issue. #I filed my tax from them yesterday. She gave me a callback and provided prompt service. #Affordable #Would like to continue getting service from them in the near future too.

She doesn’t know how to deal with a client. They won’t reply you back nor do their job properly . She messed up my tax filling for 2020 and also the tuition credits . I had to redo them this year. Kindly don’t use these guys services. I had to pay them $160 approximately. Would never recommend them

I went there and discussed my scenerio and they fixed everything and received all my credits of about $3k After that I realized that it’s not always the accountant mistake, sometimes there is a problem from CRA end also. I will recommend them to my friends also
C	Cadi11ac B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not trust them. If they file your taxes, you will not get your refund checks. I am hearing the same complaint from many people. They probably did this for hundreds of international students. If you call them to check on your file, they will not help you because they themselves don't know how to properly file taxes. Most of their clients are minimum wage workers and still they do not take responsibility for their mistakes. If you think this review is not correct, you can visit any nearby Walmart and inquire with the employees. I had to go to another consultant to fix what they did. So, please avoid the hassle and file your taxes using someone competent and capable. Maybe you will spend extra 20 dollars, but your CRA account will be accurate and you will get your refund on time.
