★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast and efficient business services. Hanna was a great help. You can't enter the bank from the road. You need to go into the mall. The side entrance is just for the ATM machines. The place is large with ample parking spots. They have handicap doors and parking nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asian receptionist was rude and unprofessional, she pretended not to listen what I am asking because of my in-fluent language or something we call discrimination. However, it is ridiculous that she forgot that she is not a white woman! Someone thought the bad comments are a joke or troll, but I am serious customer, don't have time for these kind of stupid stuff like this. Regarding bank services, if you need a quick response via email, forget it (normally 2 days after). If you are new resident, need a credit account, try to apply for this and would be rejected twice with vague reasons or I can say unreasonable (my case). Happy with your choice guys, RBC bank!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think most of these comments are trolls. I went to this branch and they treated me excellently. The guy in the large front office is extremely professional. I can only really speak on the worker they have in that front office. he is phenomenal at his job and extremely professional. He sorted out all of my stuff and got me set up with RBC and I have been very grateful ever since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I phoned to the branch to cancel my appointment. Nobody picked up phone but the automated messages. It connected me to the call center finally. The call center couldn't find my appointment information on their system. What a waste of time. I did not have time to come to the branch for the appointment but then I had to waste time for waiting on the phone. Don't put your number on business card if you don't have anyone to answer the phone during business hours.
