B	Bhargav Shah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee named Akshay was really rude he didn't know anything about the services. I was there for a car wash and the air dryer didn't work properly so the car was wet from the sides and back i went inside and told him about it, he was like there is nothing to which it can be done and you have to live with it. I am a regular customer at shell for car wash and after spending this amount for an ultimate car wash i get this to hear. I asked him for a rewash and he said that he didn't have authority to do it and when i asked for the manager then he started making excuses saying that he didn't know when is he's coming back. Really it was a very poor customer service. I am disappointed with it.
J	Jim Hayes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy a car wash here! My son borrowed our car and bought a car wash so he could return it clean, only to find the car wash was out of order. .We came back later and found it out of order again. They would not give us a refund and the new code expires in 90 days.

Today - 22.02.2020 I Bought an ultimate car wash, waited for my turn, entered code, got into the box, wash started just fine - after pouring soap on the car wash turned off at all. Dryers and doors wasn’t reacting either. Well thing can break sometimes - I though first. Honked couple times - no luck, nobody cares. Called station - told I’m sitting locked out in the box with a kid in the car. Guy came over, checked that sensor does not react indeed and left. Another guys came in and told the serviceman is on the way and will be here in 5 minutes to let me out. Long story short I spend an hour and a half in the car, found my way out of the box (on foot) - went inside the store to find out that Manger who tried to fix the wash at first left!!!!! And no serviceman will arrive anytime soon. They literally left me out there in broken box alone. I warned inside employee that I’m calling the police because of neglect of help and unwilling limitation of freedom. Only after this employee on his own helped to raise closed garage doors manually. I’m calling Shell Canada on Monday. This manager that left should be fired.

S	Sean Curry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through the car wash and the air dryer ripped the front grill right out of my car!!!!! I paid for the most expensive car wash and left with a broken car. The front desk clerk refused to give me his managers information and said he would contact me....it's been 2 days and I have not been contacted...very poor customer service...I will be calling corporate..NEVER go to this gas station!!!

Thus, I had to go in another day and reiterate what my wife had just explained and another employee tried telling me the same thing.... Basically saying "we must have used it"... I think we would remember driving through a car wash... Finally a manager came on the phone and even he reluctantly gave us another car wash.... all over $13.... the amount of business ive given them over the years and they threw it away over $13. Insanity.

Went there to fill my vehicle today, and was yelled at by the lady working there, she said it was for pre-paid only. Moved over one bay she yelled at me again that it was for pre-paid only. With no signs to say which pumps are pre-paid or not. Now I now why there where no other cars there. I've been a loyal customer for over thirty years Not Anymore.!!!!! Update. Was running late had to get gas. This shell station is lousy. Waited five minutes for the cashier to authorize the pump. Then left. No customer service Went in today to fill up, Still no signage. Nothing done to fix what pumps are prepaid and what are not. Just yelled at again that the pump I was at was prepaid. Went to Esso to fill up. No problems there with signage

They have some of the worst customer service that I have ever received and I would definitely not recommend this place! Also, the gas is way over priced
