I visited this Tim Horton branch last Thursday at 3:30 pm. I found all doors Locked accordingly, I went to the drive thru window, and I tried to get a cup of coffee but I was fully surprised to find the employee telling me that I can NOT order as I do NOT have a car and I have to have a car to order, these were her exact words!!!!?????? All doors were locked and there is no take away and I have to purchase a car in order to get a cup of coffee!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can not find the right words to describe this situation. The young lady does NOT want to work at all and just get here salary this is the only explanation!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved the location of this Tim as it is exactly beside Petrocanada. I was amazed to see that they provided me veg wrap as i am Vegetarian and looking for an option. Lady at the counter was really helpful to provide us customize veggie wrap. Thank you.

Everytime i’ve come to the Tims on Baseline they always seem to either forget to stir our coffee or simply dont put any sugar in. How hard is it to mess up an order for two coffees?!

1. They fire people cause of the colour of your skin, apparently you cannot be white and work at this location, that right there is a human right violation. 2. The staff are rude as well, no customer service at all, managers shouldn't yell at customer, and tell them off. 3. No food safety at all, dropped food gets put out. 4. The worst Tim Horton in the city

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOUR from the Supervisor at this location! I cannot begin to describe in words my shock at the condescending and disgusting behaviour and service that I have received from the supervisor Akash Arshpreet. She was not only incompetent at her work, but she didn’t have the courage to face the fact that she absolutely does not know what she was doing. She could not make one of the online coupons work, and she made us wait and wait and wait, while trying to figure it out. When she could not make it work, she blamed it on me and was SUPER rude about it, saying “your stupid coupon doesn’t work, it’s not my problem, go somewhere else’'... she was screaming at me at the top of her voice right in the store and declined to serve me and continued to bark at me while serving other customers. She looked and spoke at me in a condescending manner, hinting that I was trying to take advantage of a deal that doesn't work, when in fact, it was her incompetence and not the fault of the coupon. I felt this was absolutely discriminatory behaviour. When I asked to talk to the manger, she came by and right away made the coupon work in a second and addressed to Akash that the coupon worked. And yet Akash continued her aggressive behaviour. So it was not the coupon which wasn’t working, it is that Akash was SUPER incompetent and uncivil. This doesn't end here. While I was describing to the manager Akash’s unacceptable behaviour, Akash kept on yelling and screaming from the back, saying “Go ahead, make a complaint, I don’t care”. Let alone apologizing for the indecent discriminatory behaviour, she just maintained her uncouth service all along. I find it hard to believe that this kind of people work in a franchise as a supervisor. There should be no place for uncivil behaviour like that demonstrated by Akash. She cannot deny service, choose to be incompetent, be proud of her incompetence, and then bark at customers telling them it's the customers problem and they should go elsewhere. This is unacceptable discriminatory incompetent service and I hope the franchise takes corrective action for it. I have never had such discriminatory condescending service at another Time Horton's location before. This is unfit behaviour and completely unacceptable.

Very curious to know who owns this location and which other stores they own so I can avoid them. Disappointment after disappointment. Staff has no patience when ordering in drive thru. Cannot ever get an order right. Food is kept way too long. Hash browns are rock hard or cold. Eggs are old and cold. And drive thru time is so slow. No organization inside, just an awful experience. Take your business elsewhere if you need to get Tim’s.

Waited for 20 min to order, one employee cleaning the grill during busy time and the other making sandwiches. None of them even care I was standing. I feel for them because they were two but it doesn't take long to take an order at least. I walked away And I won't ever come back to that store.

This is far by far the worst Timmy’s I’ve ever been in….I don’t know what’s happening but their standards of cleanliness is not their priority and is one of the reasons I didn’t even order anything here due to filthy and uncleanliness conditions.. the health inspector will be contacted as this place shouldn’t be operating!!
