k	kirk schlichting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of my life, avoid if you have to. I had a mobile order, and I watched it sit in the pass for 10 mins before they offered it to me. I asked for them to make it fresh and the lady at the cash got fired. I only wanted a burger not for a poor teenager to get fired because of the managements incompetence.
C	Chris B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our order had no tomatoes on our whoppers. Pretty upset. There were no special instructions. Do they not know how to make their signature whopper at BK? Also, the drive through was slow took 23 minutes to get our food and there was only one car in front of us.

Due to anxiety I sent my husband in. The staff was ignorant and rude to him, and our order took up to half an hour to finally be ready (Order at 5:43, Recieved at 6:11). We have 3 kids, its a nightmare to wait that long when they're hungry. Should have just went to Harvey's or A&W, since they've NEVER taken this long. This should not be how a fast food restaurant works. Definitely NEVER coming back to this location.

Despite it saying it would be READY at 6:30. As we were waiting for our order, the staff told us they locked the doors and to exit through the back. Only issue is that it was 7pm but they closed at 10pm. We thought it was weird but left out the back door. Looking at the reviews now on Google, seems that's something they do regularly. What happens to those who placed orders online / delivery but can't receive them? We receive our order (which they just dropped on the counter, looked at us and turned around) and are haggled by people in the parking lot asking us how to get in and whatnot. When we got home, the fries were so old, stale, and cold they must have been made hours before. Just not edible. Hate to waste food but they were just so gross. To top it off, I ordered 1 blueberry and 1 apple pie, but received 2 apple pies. The literal only thing from my order that was okay were my chicken nuggets.

It's a shame that virtually every burger king is like this. Such a shame because the food is good but who wants to go to places that are falling apart and completely neglected.
A	Austin Youngson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolerable quality when they have no lineup. Put this team under even minor pressure and they fall apart. Today: half hour wait for 4 car line. Cold food. No sauce on sandwich. No straw. Never go when even the smallest lineup. You will waste your time.

Ordered a Roadhouse King combo in the drive through this evening . After arriving home, I found that I was given wrong food item. So, I drove back and requested them to replace my food. Surprisingly, there was no apology from the employees for their mistake. Moreover, when I requested them for a receipt, they replied that, they are giving me “free” food and can’t punch it in their system. Their hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t have sanitizer in it. Masks were not worn properly by the employees as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
