β β β β β 5 stars for the location's service. It was a bit hard to find the right door to the place. The entrance is at the far left of the plaza, that was the door I used, and I am not sure if there is any other entrance. Clean and decent place and th3 service was really pleasant and fast. Wish I could say the same about Fedex.

β β β β β The people working here here are so nice and polite when they helped me fill out the shipping form. I shipped something back to China last week and only took 4 days to arrive. I didnt even use express. Thats so much faster than what I expected! Thank you.

β β β β β Nothing against Penguin Pickup, but FedEx need to do a much better job of putting signs up and giving directions for entering this facility. Not a single visible FedEx sign from the parking lot. I canβt imagine much keeping them in business, except for postal strikesβ¦

β β β β β Staff was super friendly. That's the only good thing. Entrance is on Clyde, but parking is at the side of the building so you have to walk all the way to the street and around the resturaunt outside dining area to get in. Hopefully you aren't picking up anything heavy or awkward. ?

β β β β β i knew this place was "hidden", but had no trouble finding it after reading the reviews and directions by recent users. The two young men in this centre are outstanding! They coached me through the procedure of sending a package down to Florida, and I could not be more satisfied. Excellent service Well done! A hidden gem!

My order was supposed to be delivered today on 25th sept. Saturday. I cancelled all my plans for the weekend just to collect my delivery. At 3:30pm, they changed the delivery status and it said it will be delivered on Monday 27th Sept. I got a message from FedEx on 25th morning that said my order is out for delivery and it will be delivered today.
I even got a call from FedEx on 24th morning, confirming that my order will be delivered on 25th.

β β β β β Looking for trouble? Then definitely try this place.
While they are friendly, they made lots of mistakes on sending my package. So, I had to follow up for a week with FedEx talking with several people to be able to find my package and solve the issues:
First of all, while it was only an envelope, they have mentioned a wrong and extremely large value for the customs without even asking me. So, my package went to US and got stucked there. Because they thought this is a valuable thing, and obviously they asked me for commercial invoice!!! Finally, after lots of calls and follow up I was able to resolve it.
Secondly, they didn't mention the unit number of the recipient address, while I wrote it on the form, that causes many problems and also delay. I had to call FedEx almost everyday for a week to explain them this issue and ask them to add the unit number to that.
