We was there at Friday noon July 31, 2020. Staff was so rude. We were shocked when We asked for help to find a hair colour and she didn’t care. We asked another time and she refused to help us! Finally we asked her to come and show us, she found it was finished and when we asked her we don’t have any information about these colours and please show us the closest colour to our colour she told she can not help us and we should find by our selves! We left the store without any colour. I don’t recommend this store with rude staff.

I've been shopping at Sally for about 10 years and sadly, my most recent experience wasn't the greatest one. Disappointed to see that not all the staff was wearing a face mask. There was a particular lady working that day who seemed annoyed when I asked her for help. She pointed at the product and quickly went back to restocking the shelves, even though I still had questions about it. When I asked a question again, she preferred to yell the answer as opposed to coming over to help me. Didn't ask if I needed a bag at check-out, just an unpleasant customer service experience. My visit was on June 17 just before they closed.

Their curbside pick up policy is outrageous, its a $9.99 bottle of hair dye, not a 3K thousand dollar TV, they require 1 photo ID and the actual card that was used for pick up. I dont even get that much security picking up my order from Walmart. Its a $9.99 bottle of hair dye, get real.

Because of curbside pick up I was told I would not be able to purchase, because I don’t have a cell phone. A very nice clerk called me a few minutes later, and figured out a very safe way of me purchasing my product. Kudos to the store. I will shop there more often. Sandy

My wife has tight curly hair and was recommended black dye designed for her grey roots, also detangler spray and moisture conditioner products. Sadly, the dye washed right out. When we returned, a second salesperson felt that she had been recommended the wrong dye product the first time, and refunded the product cost in return for her buying a different product. However, this new product can't be used with 6 weeks of the first without risking damage to her hair follicles, so she faces that long with growing grey roots before she can even try the new product. Not happy.

Poor communication. Robyn (associate) Charged my friend's credit card for her purchase (over phone checkout) without communication in which she would need to have her credit card present upon pickup. She would have been able to provide other ID, but the card was needed and we did not have it with us. It should have been communicated what was needed at pick up, and in our case that they would not allow us to pick up our order after paying for it. This communication should have been done before charging her card over the phone. They were able to refund the order and we will choose to go to a different location to find what we need instead, tomorrow.

Amazing experience, I went in with my hair orange, after many failed toning attempts after trying and going to other beauty/hair stores and they all gave me things that made my hair worse and I was about to give up, until I tried one last time and I went to sally beauty and a employee named Robyn helped me TREMENDOUSLY and gave me every tip and advice I needed and cared for what was going to be the best outcome of my hair, she listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect toner that finally achieved what I’ve been wanting! Thank you so much! Amazing service.
